Dying Light 1

I remember back in middle school, a classmate was already playing this game. He clearly said, "It feels like you can't make the jump, but somehow you can—it's really awkward."
A few days ago, I was still thinking about waiting until I got a computer with a beastly graphics card before playing it. But yesterday I bought it and installed it directly on this office laptop. Who would've thought—ten years later, even integrated graphics can run it smoothly.
TIP
Sometimes, just give it a try. Don't wait until everything is perfectly ready before you set off.

This scene reminds me of when Batman, after being infected with the Joker virus, goes to the League of Shadows base, drinks a mysterious potion, and undergoes a trial in a hallucination.

The game's time system gives you a clear cycle of activities: at night you have to hide in a nearby safe house, and during the day you can go out and explore.
I used to find the looting & crafting systems in FPS shooters on mobile annoying, but in this PC game, I actually enjoyed the looting process. I wonder if it's because the screen is big enough.
I was incredibly immersed in this game. I'd eat lunch and then keep playing straight through until evening. It gave me that flow state.
Playing games to relax really works. Later, I did really well on an exam; I felt completely cleared out, like my focus had fully recharged.
